The Decent Espresso machine has a built-in 2-liter water tank that you normally have to fill by hand. With our catering kit, you can pull water from a water bottle or water tank and fill it into your espresso machine. It is compatible with all the models in the DE1 series (including the DE1PRO, the DE1XL, and the discontinued DE1PLUS) and with Bengle.

Here's what this looks like:
1. Turn on the catering kit via the switch on its back.
2. An orange light on the left turns on, showing that the catering kit is on.
3. The green light on the right only turns on when the catering kit sends water into the machine. So it will be OFF at first.
4. To keep the water in the tank fresh, the catering kit tops it off only as needed. So your water tank won't always be full.
5. When your espresso machine needs water, it'll turn on the electricity to your catering kit via the network cable.
6. The catering kit will then draw water from the water bottle/tank through the large white tube and push it into the machine via the thin white tube.
7. The machine stops the catering kit after it has all the water it needs.
