As of today, we're using a new shipping service to the USA for coffee accessories, and they're much more affordable. Your order is consolidated on a pallet, send by airplane to the US, clears customs, and then comes to you via USPS. This takes about 10 days, and there's tracking.
This means we no longer require our American customers to use a courier (DHL/FEDEX), which cost $30. We also are once again offering free shipping to the USA if you buy 3 or more items, just like we do to most of the world.
Note that we will be trying to pay the Trump tariffs for you, but can't yet promise that it'll work. We've tested about a dozen packages in the past two weeks, and all's been good so far.
However, the tariff/customs situation in the US can change fast, so the warning “you will have to pay taxes to receive your order” still applies. I want you to be pleasantly surprised if you don't have any tariffs to pay, but I can't promise that you won't.
Two benefits of this new service:
