Niche grinder bean hopper (prototype)
To test our “grind by weight” idea for the Decent Scale, Alfred built a one-off hopper for the Niche Grinder. We searched and searched, and it turns out that nobody had made a hopper yet for the Niche. Our next iteration will push the safety switch for you, so that you don't need to push a stopper into it to override it. If we can get the grind by weight feature to work well for the Niche, we might also make this hopper and sell it. A nice aspect of this design, is that you can continue using the Niche as a single dosing grinder as well.
