Located in the Factory where we build our own-design Espresso Machine, we've assembled an amazing collection of coffee beans from Scott Rao's Prodigal (USA), Dark Arts (UK), DAK (Amsterdam) and more.
We do things with coffee beans that nobody else does, thanks to both our deep understanding of our own coffee technology, as well as a “What would a Michelin Starred Café do?” attitude.
We're a membership cafe, but anyone can join: it costs just HK$10 (USA $1.50) and includes your first drink for free.
We're happy to teach you how to make espresso, steam milk, and make your favorite coffee drink. There's a “nook” with a machine, grinder, and all our accessories, for you to try things out in privacy.
Because we're only 23 minutes from the Hong Kong Airport, many people come to our café on a several-hours stop over flight. They recaffeinate, chill out, and leave refreshed.
We're currently building a gorgeous shower/bathroom for those customers just passing through, who want to freshen up after a flight.
