New Decent design of drip tray covers and draining-on-the-side drip trays
We're soon going to have new drip tray designs available for the DE1, on our website.
Some notable things:
- the new drip tray cover has 2 centrally placed, welded bars.
- This greatly increases stiffness, levelness and improves fit onto the ceramic drip tray
- The bars are a cup-placement centering guide, since the bars are directly under the portafilter basket.
- metal fittings with washers, both straight and 90º, for the new ceramics.
- a side draining hole option, for people who want to put a scale underneath the draining drip tray, and a tray reaching around. Previously the center draining hole prevented putting a scale under the center of the draining drip tray. Like this sort of thing:
